We are Cynthia and Bobbi. We come from Rapid River to bring you Texas-style Barbeque Beef Brisket.  Normally we would use this space to talk about how our lives were shaped by our experiences, and how in turn that influences our culinary yadda yadda yadda.  But we really are just two crazy people who make fantastic beef brisket.
